Hello all,

After some advice again please.

So this last week with the cold weather I have needed to use the heated front window. However this does not appear to be working property. It is clearing the window in streaky patches. Some several inches wide others only a coup,e of centimetres. Can the individual wires break / stop working?

New screen needed?

Yes, and they can't be repaired so yes again.

Doh!!

Oh well, it has a couple of chips in it, perhaps its time for a new one then.

Mine has a small panel around 12 inches long that doesn't clear it's been like that for the last 14 years, all due to a stone chip. My heater clears the screen of frost quicker the the heated screen does.
