Good evening all

How long does it take the drive the Strata Florida lane? and in what conditions did you do it in?

Did iirc in March last Year, was not very wet, so the water was not to deep.

Not a lane to do by yourself.

Not sure on time , but we did quite a bit of laning that day so could nto have been that long.

Cheers

Done it loads of times. Takes about an hour as we stop to take pics etc. Done it in all weathers and in the dark. Nothing to challenge a Defender unless there has been really heavy rain. Then you have to be careful as people have died in the river crossings. Not one to do on your own

I'd say over an hour unless you like travelling quickly. Did it on a nice day, although a little grey the other summer. But there had been a lot of rain, water crossing where very deep.

Worst thing is all the ****s who think they can drive everywhere and basically f*ck up the ground all round and next to the lane. We unfortunately came across such a group of muppets in Disco's doing just this. They really are total arseholes.

October 2016 was the last time I was there

Cracking lane, only ever ridden it on m/cycle and had an eventful and deep river crossing on more than one occasion requiring a total drain of the engine/exhaust of water.

Did 4 days laning in North Wales the other week, was great.

Although Bastid lane has a really nasty drop off at the end.

Cheers

How much more have you got to do on it?

I still have the passenger side box section sill and boot floor side panel an wheel tub to weld in and work out exactly how I'm fixing my new boot floor down.

Couple of decent uninterrupted days should do it.
