hi, has anybody els had this strange problem, when i get in to my rangie and switch it on it will automaticley start riesing up to maximam ride hight without touching anything! it dosent do it all the time,but at least 3 times a week. thank you.tom.

Most likely a failing drive pack,part #ANR3900.

i assume it's set to normal (straight line) mode and your in high range box, park or neutral?

If the exhaust valve is stuck closed or the exhaust is restricted, this can trigger the EAS High-Center mode. The EAS will go into high center mode if the EAS is unable to lower the car at during a certain time frame. If the exhaust valve is stuck this can prevent the EAS from lowering the vehicle. The result is the EAS sends the vehicle up to the highest profile attemting to get the vehicle off an obstacle.

Or it can also be a failing drive pack.

try changing the driver module attached to the valve block under the bonnet, my last hard eas fault was cured with one of these. If you can read faults from it, it might say exhaust valve stuck shut or open.
