hello , i've got some strange , loud sort of scraping noise coming from the back left , not sure if it's from the axle or from the rear left brakes. it happened last night when coming back from a friends , just went over a speedbump and then this noise started happening all the way home , and just tried it today and still making this loud noise , it does it in every gear except for reverse when it's normal . any idea's what this is ?

Are they drum brakes?

if so you could remove the wheels and check if one of the brake linings have come off. Happened to me once.

no , disc brakes . after further inspection , i'm pretty sure it's the wheel bearings that have gone , so gonna get some monday morning and get it sorted.

av u checked if theres a stone or some other peice of crap stuck in between the disc and pad or disc and backplate?

can appen sometimes, but more often when off road.
