Right I'm just getting my loom back together and I have a stop selnoid on my diesel pump wen I traced the wire back in the old loom it went to the black wire on the inspection socket is this right as I'm stuck it's a series 3 with a 14 j engine could some one please help me wire it in the right place thanks

If it is a petrol loom you could use the white cable for the coil. Basically you need a live feed that remains live during cranking so find a spare or wire one in.
It's a diesel loom were would I wire it to I'm crap with electrics
