if you look at the rear side window the black paint on both landys is a slightly different black to the rear tub its possible is wozzas wot the harm in going to look
that is a bit of a coincidence, not wanting to hang anyone just yet but I'd be asking for more pics / details about that one asap then if it looks like it might be the same you can follow it up however you see fit
