Preaty simple, but annoying. I had over ajusted the hand brake for the MOT, so when i went to ajust the rear drum brakes, i got a faulse bite point as the drive was grabbing it. Sorted that, then ajusted there rear drums, now it is perfect. :D

10 points to boydy1989 for correct diegnostic.

If you need it you can have it. :) But if you just want it as a spare then no, because i have that use for it too. :p

No my seals are knackered - the pedal sometimes creeps away from your foot, cos ive bled it too many times, and due to odd things it now is no good.

Would you mind? :)

The brake pedel needs to be pushed nearly half way befor the brakes kick in, but if pumped, they will work from the top. it failed its mot on "not enough reserve movment" and the front pads below 1.5 mm, when they all have over 5mm:mad: .

Could this be a master cylinder problem? I need to do an online order for some pads, but there not gona fix this problem. Any ideas?

Rich.
HIYA. 5mm pad depth not very good so would replace anyway. as for problem of low brake pedal sounds like if your pumping there is air in the system or a leak? check brake fluid in resovoir, if low you have a leak. if still full then yes it could be a servo problem. good luck.

FINALLY HAS ANYONE GOT A DIESEL INJECTION PUMP FOR A 1986 EX ARMY 110 WITH A 2.5 N/A ENGINE 4 CYLINDER. THANX

Also they've shut down a green lane that way, the one with the small pond next to it and the chalky decent down into Abinger. You know, the good one.

"Road closed due to poor condition of highway, and to prevent further damage."

Just took it down the the garage for the MOT, and the guy phoned me up and said "I cant pass it the brakes are still not fixed." Dident charge me though, which was good of him.

Seem fine to me, ive bleed it again, and will re-ajust the drums, then bleed it again why not. I cant figour it out. I think ill take it to another garage, see if it bothers them too.

Did a stop test with it, stoped from 30mph in less than 8m. Whats wrong with that? Stops like a freeking sports car!

Out of interest.... What garage did you take it to?

Oakhill. There ok guys, there is still a problem with my brakes, its just much better than it was. Think there may be air in the master cylinder piston, will try bleeding it with the pedal rather than my pressure kit.
