i have a range rover 4.4 02 model and i am finding the steering is sticking and not correcting, it happens when i make tiny little adjustments or going round a round about ( seems worse then )

i dont drive the car that quick and it seems to be worse at low speeds but also happens at high speeds

i have put grease on the steering uni joints and also done a power steering fluid change

any ideas ??

thanks in advance

Self centering is down to castor angle. On p38 not adjustable however on your rig it may be. Are there any other symptoms ? Steering feel/knock back/wondering ?

no not really as i say just seems to be sticking, even tiny little movements make it stick then i have to over correct to get it to move again

And uj's cause this. Grease won't really work if they are seizing. Try lots of wd40 and light oil. If it improves,, change them.
