Hi, my steering wheel is in a poor condition as in breaking down.
It's lived its 25 years on a farm so god knows what it has been in contact with.
Anyone have any idea if it could be saved or rejuvenated somehow?
Looks like it is bubbling and starting to crack.
Don't really want to fork out for a new wheel as I'm in the process of replacing crossmember section and also engine work, outrigger replacment etc, you know the score.

Pic for reference

Hi.
Yours looks like a type B/48 spline

You can't really 'repair' that to be honest.
You could get a cover or keep an eye on eBay.
To be sure, to be sure, whip yours off and count the splines..

Royal Steeing Wheels can recover, bout £150 i think.

Ill have an XS one for sale (36 spline) next week, can let that go for £100 posted?

Thanks I looked at the video earlier, maybe it can wait until I get the vehicle structurally sound. Also need to recover the seats too.
