No there's no guide that I found. It's not difficult to check however. If the loom is present, you'll find the ECU plug under drivers seat carpet and a blue 5 pin plug with 4 wires behind the maser switch blank.
The wheel controls are all connected to a multi plug under the air bag.
Remember that only the auto box Freelander can have CC. Manual gearbox Freelanders don't have the wiring in place as they use a different loom altogether.
