Any one know the size of the shaft that the steering joints slide on to on a Defender please ?

Having no luck with this at all
Messaged a few suppliers but all they can tell me is how many splines it has
Wanting to use them as drive couplings on my model truck

Just have to remove yours to measure it.

If I can remember where I stored my old steering box I'll get a measurement for you.

Thank you, there are two different types I think
Just need one around 19mm

I've just nipped out to the garage to check. It's not there so I think it must be in the barn. I'll try to get over there and measure it in the next week.
