I had one years ago and although I sprayed it with WD every day for a week I had the landy jacked up on the relay and had to leave it for another week till it let go and the wheels touched the ground again, good look
Try the heat followed with lots of WD40 or try rigging an engine oil drip around it overnight with something to catch the spill. Did that 5 years ago when changing engines and last November I had to replace it and it came out no problem.
Hi Tony, was your replacement relay a new one? Where did you get it from? I need to do mine but I read these stories about how difficult they are and I'm the impatient sort.
