Apologies first off all, I've searched (on Tapatalk) on my phone as I'm not near a computer.
Please feel free to shout and scream as I'm sure there is a Fred already with this on.

At any speed, when turning either left or right, there is a knock sound coming from under the footwell. It's not really loud and it doesn't effect the steering. Have had a swift look but not seen anything obvious.
I will have another look tomorrow.
Any initial suggestions of what to look out for?

Thanks

Just the one knock? or a series of them as the driveline rotates?

Could it be a worn bush in the suspension somewhere? Track rod, drag link, steering damper even steering column U/Js . Just throwing some ideas at you ;)

If it seems to be under the footwell then it'll be a drop link most likely. Might be an antiroll bar bush but my money is on a worn droplink.

HTH

EDIT - I fitted Allmakes droplinks front and rear 2 years or so ago. A rear one wore so much the ball end popped out of the assembly and a front one snapped, both around 18 months after fitting. Not good, especially as I only do mild greenlaning! I've fitted Bearmach this time and they seemed a bit better made.

Cheers Arctic Fox I'll have a look.
Also done some more research and think I should check anti roll bar bush and panhard rod bushes as well.

If it was at slow speeds only I'd say that it was the pan hard rod bushes.

Is there a steering guard fitted? I've known drop arms to catch on em.

Whoops. Forgot to update: anti roll bar corroded. Causing the knock. Garage replaced and is all good.

Also had a judder/pulsing feeling through brake pedal and a steering wheel shake when braking.
I replaced worn front discs and pads and it's as smooth as a porcupines toenail now under braking.
