yes but not as a lr part number, you can get them from a bearing supplier, rarely need changing unless the needles are dropping outGoing to rebuild my 4 bolt steering box from my 200tdi defender.
First (of many) question - I've got a seal and gasket kit but can you buy replacement roller bearings?

unless your fitting a new sector shaft or needles are dropping out you are not gaining anything but adding more risks of damage to bearings as you fit your new ones.and they are over 300 quid so youd buy a new box before a new sector shaftThanks james, only asked as the manual says change.

you get the odd one were there has been a lot of play and bearing needles drop out during cleaning or as soon as shaft is removed, if in good nick you can spin the needles with your finger without them feeling looseGood advice. When you say needles dropping out what do you mean?
I’ve yet to start dismantling the box

i dont bother just reset it when you refit the box, ensuring it is then right it may not be nowWhats the best way to keep the steering in line. Just put wheels to full ahead and dismantle or best to somehow lock the steering wheel/column ?
