I saw it on eBaY but guy does not know will it fit disco 1?
He told me that it fits series 2/2a/3 definitely

Do u know, that pcd is it any good for discovery1?

Whilst yes they will fit depending up on the age of them you may have to use them with inner tubes and also you may ba restricted to the size of tyre you can choose because they are not wide enough for larger tyres.

If you want steel wheels these would be a safer option as they were fitted to Discos and can take larger tyres, they should also be a cheaper option as most people fit the white ones for the 'original' look to Defenders whereas these were mostly used a spare wheels on the back door of Discos or you could also look at 'wolf' rims but again these can be fairly expensive

That second picture, with one tyre, looks like these wheels on ebay. They are quite cheap - only£40 for set of four. Of course they need a lot of TLC, but as I said they are cheap. Unfortunately I have to go for it to Chester (I live in Liverpool), but I think it is worth to do it.

When I m thinking about tyres I think that maybe I will go for 225 75 16. Now I have 235 70 16 but I think that a bit narrower will do better job on an English grass and mud.

That s only my thought. To be honest I dont have clue do I go in good direction (when I think about size of tyres)

Google tyre size calculator as this will give you and idea of their overall height just from typing in the aspect ratios which is quite handy
