Starting issue, got her all back together, I’ve ran her for a month or so 700 miles, she’s pulled like a train, worked and got paid for it, no problems that way, but starting now is a chore, you have to turn her over a few times to start, glow plug light comes on, no fuses out, plugged her in no faults, she’s had new intank pump, regulator too, no fuel leaks, nearly feels like there is no diesel there at startup, Is this looking like the injector seals?
 
Could try a new fuel filter - a Mahle or Bosch. Cheap ones can cause problems (I’ve heard). Also does it start ok on a full or 3/4 full tank? If so could be air bleed valve, which sits inside the front left connector on the fuel filter housing, looks like this:

Found on inside of front left connector on fuel filter housing:

Both of these are relatively cheap and easy to replace - and have been known to cause starting problems...
