My car would not start and changed the starter motor. It still does not start but if you give it a push start, it does. I was trying to locate a starter relay but no luck. Its a freelander '98 petrol engine - manual. Please help.

hi not sure from what year but the freelander had a relay for the starter in the fuse box drivers side look at bottom of fuses you can see writing and it will say starter relay underneath,some of the early freelanders had a black box next to the battery this was the main relay and also might contain starter relay but try fuse box drivers side first,tiga
