Has anyone got 2nd starter motor for a TD or 200TDi that they dont want????:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I have managed to burn yet another starter solinoid out:doh:
 
I did he aint got no stater motors in, apparently he burns the fookers out :(

I see there is two people doing tdi conversions ;)
 
i think you have deeper problems than the starter if you keep burning solenoids out, find the reason for the it killing them before you destroy another one
 
only 2???? thats nowt,.....have burnt out 3 on my girl in 2 years,......also had the positive terminal break on one just by doing nut up with fingers,.....well i will buy britpart won't i lol,......got a pukka one on from lr main dealers now and fingers crossed its been ok for last 9 months
 
I aint giving you my spare un then.....you'll only break it...or it will be the wrong one

tsk mighta know it wuz a dodgy cornish starter. It's bad enough devon pasties being better than cornish ones without dodgy starters coming from there anorl.:mad::D:D:D

it's worser than that mate, it was actually Devon "CORNISH" pasties that were better than the cornish ones!

It's them cornish selling the cornish cornish pasties that get my goat. I hates feckin forgeries.:p

Oops...sorry! It worked OK when it came of the TD about 4 months earlier (assuming i got the same one back off of the garage!) - i guess i shoulda tested it a bit before i "courier'd" it up to you!

i don't know if it got rusty this end:confused::rolleyes: i had in the shed for a good while before i used it
