The connections under the seat are a known point for localised corrosion. This can make the light come on and off intermittently. However it's best to put a diagnostic reader on it to pinpoint the exact location of the problem.
 
That only leaves the rotary coupler on the column, under the steering wheel.
It's best to read the codes, or you'll simply chase your own tail.
 
Low battery voltage can cause the SRS light to come on
