Hi, I have had our Landy 90 Hard Top for 6 months with no problems but it has developed an annoying rear nearside squeak. I think it might a bush but cannot work out which one! Or is it the suspension. Any advice will be appreciated and is it a driveway fix or into the garage?
Many thanks in advance.

Can you be more specific.Does it squeak when rolling or if you just bounce it?Bushes are more likely to knock if worn.If you are equipped and know how you can fix most things in a driveway.

the sqeauk does not change in noise at speed. When on the driveway if you rock the vehicle you can hear the squeak at the rear inside the wheel area on the near side. bloody annoying. i sprayed around the bushes with trusty wd40 and it stopped but back again so must need fixing. any ideas will be appreciated. oh and no knocking sound..

Wow!I dont think Icould hear abomb go off in my 90 hardtop at speed! This really dosnt sound too serious. If it is it will worsen til you can diagnose but it may just stop. You could remove the shox and bounce again to eliminate them.Best of British!

I had a similar squeek on my 110.... if I rocked it side to side it sounded like a cheap hotel bed in my youth when I was getting my leather. (I still squeek but not as fast :)) Never found out the exact cause but when I recently changed my shocks and springs it went. So.... you are no wiser but I thought I would share my experience and remember Doris from Doncaster, seedy B and B, Llandudno, 1987... :D

cheers fellas sounds nothing to worry about then and your right, cannot hear it or anything above 60 in it anyway! Ill keep the wd40 at hand and thanks for sharing the memories - lucky Doris!:D
