As I'm into my shooting I'm contemplating fitting spot lamps to my landy F/L but unsure what's the best ones to get anyone have any ideas ? :dnfnoob:

what you wanting them for, function, looks?
If yer laning, cheap ones, wella aint too bad. if its power, cibies are top, if its purely for looks, whatever takes yer fancy

There's a load of crap on fleabay so dont be tempted to fit anything cheap.(Ask me I know!) If you want to spend a fair amount, go for sommat like Hella's or Piaa's.The XEng lights look ok too. If on a budget, try the Wipacs you get from Paddocks. Not the best but at least a bit decent!

Just basic ones to go above the windscreen but good enough for lamping

I disagree, for laning I have cheapy cheap **** .. you don't normally need to see far away, just all over and in front, so a lot of light spread about is normally good .. and cheap can be replaced when a branch takes 'em out!

Can't see the point of spending £200+ when a pair can do the same job for £10 and can be quickly replaced when someone or something ****s them off ... ;)

Got some kc daylighter 150w military units for sale if interested, ask bankz he bought a set they're real bright

I got a light bar and spots deal at the Driffield show and changed the bulbs to Osram Night Breakers (£15 a pair)
Have also replaced my original headlight bulbs with Night Breakers (£20 a Pair)
Makes a MASSIVE difference!

Yes but those wont be powerful enough for lamping though plus you need a pencil beam or spot beam rather than wide beam…………..:doh::doh::doh:
