Evening,

Just been searching for a switch to turn on/off my spot lights, I've noticed that the ones with the '2' for the binnacle are really expensive and are none latching. Can I just use front fog switches? As they seem more readily available and cheaper, and am I right in thinking they are latching?

Cheers!

the foglamp switches are momentary... the rear wiper switch is latching

I rewired ours with an old fashioned relay and rocker switch from my bits bin, now actually work and cost nothing

So what's best to use then? I thought fog light switches where click on, click ofTE]

Best bet is to buy a defender heated seat switch, ( £5.00 +vat ),and just unclip the front facia and put a D2 front fog light switch facia on.

As spot lamps or driving lamps if fitted should only be used with main (high) beam why do u wish to switch them off? the additional light is a benefit is it not.
