I've been driving my Td4 Sport Freelander for a week or so,I enjoy driving it and it handles really well however the ride is a little firm for my liking ,I bought the Sport version as it was going for a competitive price ,I wanted a HSE but funds couldn't stretch that far. I'm considering buying a set of springs for a standard td4 and fitting them ,but what I don't no if its just the springs that are different on the Sport version or are the dampers and anti roll bars specific to the sport also.

Hi it was springs and dampers were different on the Sport models.

Also I think the brake flexi hoses are shorter so you'll need to look into that as well

Hmm, are the struts/springs interchangeable?

I find the ride quite wooly and would like to stiffen it up a tad.

Td4van the sport has a firm ride it gets a bit annoying
