I'm looking at a sport 08 its a bit rusty around the rear chassis and suspension should I walk away.

Dont look back. I had the rustiest l322 on the road. both subframes have been changed. ive welded both sills at the back and plated the wheel arches. Now it goes thru the MOT with no mention of corrosion whatsoever.. it just keeps giving.

Well it's a Sport so not worth the effort IMO.;):D
 
Plus 100% ^^^^^

I dread to think what it’s like behind the rear wheel arch liners , plus looking at those pics imagine the brake lines , anti roll bar pipes , air tank, wishbones , would also need replacing looks like it’s been used to recover boats etc,

plse let us know what u finally decide on , oh and don’t forget >>>>>
