Hi All, new to Land Rover and this forum...

Purchased a Land Rover Sport on a 10 plate around 6 month ago full service history, really good condition etc. Really happy with it so far.

About three weeks ago had new tyre fitted and tracking done. About a week ago the car starting feeling like it was slightly pulling to the left, then two days later when the engine was turned off and the fob removed there was a noise coming from the front, sounds like a machine gun? does it two or three times for a couple of seconds then stops.

Any ideas what this might be... thanks in advance

O think you'll need to record the noise and post it so we can listen.
It's also wise to have tyres fitted in pairs, not singularly. ;)

Thanks... all four tyres were new a month before I bought the car, the drivers side one kept deflating, on inspection at garage, I was informed tyre was fitted badly which led to me needing a new one.

I will try and do a video tomorrow and upload...

As long as the new tyre was identical to the the one removed, there shouldn't be a problem. Problems arise when odd tyres are fitted. 4X4 systems don't like it, while suspension and braking systems aren't designed to work with differing grip levels on each corner.

We'll listen when you post up the sound.
