Hello all

This question has been asked before but with no clear answer.
I have a 1997 300tdi auto, and the speedo keeps failing then coming back to life, get to about 70mph and it fails, but comes back to life a few hours later or the next day.
Is this a common problem and is it an easy fix?
Any information about this problem would be very appreciate.

Your correct the question has been asked before The answer has always been clear and that is " first check the electrical connection at the transponder is clean".
Search the forum and u shall find more info.
