I wasn't able to find the same font but i was able to photoshop the image if that helps you at all? @Bobsticle

Now can you do one in black with white numerals with a 12 at the top 6 at the bottom a 3 and 9. Do it at 48mm laminate it and fit it to the face of a smiths 2" clock. Then you can drill out and fit a series of red LEDs to illuminate it and fetch it round. I'll put the kettle on whilst you fit it. Id hate to you to think I'd done nowt.
