Hello to everyone, got a little question. I've had my Disco now for over a year and it it really is the best 4x4 by far. Anyway, it's a 300Tdi and i would appreciate a few tips on getting just a little more power. I'm no boy racer but even my seven year old keeps saying, Dad this car is a bit slow! I have looked after it and serviced it regularly and it runs great, but i was wondering if one of you guys could recommend some mods. Nothing crazy , just sensible improvements . Cheers for now!

Do a search for "egr blanking"
In a 300 tdi you can hoick up the turbo boost a little, and that sometimes helps a bit.
Very careful adjustment of the injection pump timing is probably the only way to make a good difference without spending heaps of cash.
It's a *** DIY job and requires patience and care. But it might be worth it.

OR...
EGR, pump timing tweaks, turbo waste gate tweak, cleaning out the inlet manifold intercooler etc, bigger intercooler...
