Thanks all and sorry for the late reply, didn't think there would come up so much of information. I think it's really misleading then if the camera catches also the other lane. On the other hand I could undertand as it's not limited to the onel lane, but then they can save everyone's time and money to mark the road and leave it like in Germany, where there is most of the time not even a hint if there's a camera. Here definitely in the city it is with one lane in each direction and only on one side marked. I was on the marked one when that bike raced through and the camera flashed.

Well I don't have BMW but the engine of it, sometimes on the M25 doing the same. Fortunately the 70mph problem still exists at the moment and there isn't anything coming out anyway :-(/
