I just got a 110 which is an ex-scottish power. Heavy duty chassis & PTO winch.
It also has inisde a remote box labelled throttle switch with a on / off switchs and + / - switches. I assumed this would increase / decrease the throttle thorough the computers. But nothing seems to happen. Maybe it's bust or do I need to do something else?

Also included was a radio, maybe CB if anyone wants it.

Are you sure the cb radio isn't a stornophone 6000?

Have you tried holding the revs in a set position and then turning the throttle switch on and using the increase/decrease buttons? Thats how the ones on our works trucks work. I think some also need the pto to be on first aswell. I'm not 100% sure cos I drive an old truck with no new fangled electrickery to go wrong.

Will have a look, Landy doing the work run tomorrow. So will get a reply up.
Cheers for the input.

Radio is a Marconi RC 630 - Is it any use to Joe Blogs.

Handcontroller doesnt seem to do anything. I need to have a look for fuses, as the wee power light doesn't turn on. But winch is great!
