Hi folks i know its been asked before but which plug would fit a 4.6 thor 1999 engine on lpg, as ive heard that there are 2 different sizes , 16mm + 21mm hex ? , also been told not to use champion plugs by the firm who just serviced my plg system today. Any thoughts would be great.

Dont they know then?
Cant be very good then, if they dont know what plugs yu use

Hi they recomend three different makes of plug, i should of asked which ones do people recommend for the thor 4.6 [1999] ,they said put in either bosch ngk or denso.

i would stick with the original spec plugs i do in both my p38s ,they run perfect ,however plug leads need to be good quality you dont want to be having misfires on lpg!!

I was told by people on here to use ngk BPR6ES , I have a 01, 4.0litre with lpg.

I would agree avoid champion.

I've used NGK with decent results.
