Have to change the propshaft. Bolts and nuts move Ok but its a slow old job inching them around with a 13mm open ended spanner. Is there a special (thin) ring spanner/ratchet spammer or even a thin wall long socket that anyone uses to get onto them?

As an example. available in either 3/8 or 1/2 drive.

But they should be either 9/16 AF or at a push 14mm AF on the nuts and bolts. If you have 13mm are you sure they are correct for the job?

Defender prop shaft tool on the flea bay means you can use a ratchet spanner.

The propshaft nut tool is ideal and makes the job a breeze.
I have an old thin walled ring-spanner which can also be used (fits where other ones do not) but the propshaft tool is made for the job.

Thanks guys and I did mean 14mm. Didn't know such a tool existed. On order now

The britpart propshaft tool is the best ive used. + a buzzgun/impact props are off in seconds.
