I make and sell galvanised rear doors here in N Irelad if your needing one.
Personally i've been pretty lucky with regards to damage, i've only had a couple with damage skins, i now fold some metal corner protectors and glue them to the door corners before packing which helps.
If a customer says they arrived damaged, i have the courier return them, and re-skin them, it's not the customers fault.

Just rear doors, tell me more and prices. Pm me if you want.

Just rears at the moment, i will be doing fronts at a later stage.
The frames are 1.2mm thick material, 1mm galvanised skins, there also 1 piece skins rather than the 4 piece alu one's.
They take either the 3 pin or later 6 bolt Puma/Disco wheel carrier.
You can see from the pics that there much stronger built, especially below the window, there's a welded in back plate behind where there wiper motor arm go's through as it's a know area for cracking.
I do a version to take the Mudstuff inner roor card, it gives a more modern touch for older trucks.

This one's on the back of my Td5, the cards hold up well.

Maybe you should have a look at cost to ship to the UK?

Trouble with the rear door is that they're not mega money for a **** one from paddocks, so they're almost an expendable item. But it would still be nice to fit a good one.

(Mine is so far gone it's not worth me welding it)

Most of my sales are to the mainland, and a small amount to other European countries.
I also do a more basic type galvanised door to suit series and early defenders (pic below) for under £200 which is quite competitive, still the same stronger frame, but with a 4 piece galvanised skin, and no wiper, but certainly like you say you can pickup a door cheap from the big dealers, and after a couple of years just replace it.

@ghound
All I want is a basic door, no wiper, no spare wheel. Just 3 hinges and lock. How much to ship to ship to south sligo? Would rather give it to you than the bigger boys. Is cash still acceptable? ;)

Just bought a full set of galvy steel frame/galvy steel frame doors for a 110 CSW from SP 4x4.
Rear door and front passenger door are about 10mm off, and we had to round off corners (saw this on another post-game problem).
Front passenger door locks dont line up properly so is catching.
Garage contacted SP who told them to move pillar and bulkhead to get the doors to fit - really not an option.
Unfortunately, SP web site says the doors are a direct fit - they are not!

Shameful response from sp4x4 again then. At least you got one- they just ignored my comments on quality. Suggest you send it all back requesting a full refund. I refuse to accept crap quality parts now, and a lot of stuff sent to me goes back, especially when companies claim to be providing quality items.

I never know what to think of SP4x4. Sometimes they are good but from what I’ve read about them online and one of my own experiences they pretty much brush of any criticism. Why would you go to the trouble of moving a bulkhead to fit doors that are supposed to be a direct fit?! Send them back!

I need a pair of doors for my build but this I the problem with SP and not insuring the parts even though they are almost £900!! Will be going elsewhere, even offered to collect and no discount was offered up to save postage!!

Parts are covered against damage within the UK.
They do say on the website that there is no collection available.

Not when my bent door arrived they weren’t. They showed no interest at all.

Same when my panels arrived damaged. I got the old “packed in cardboard, so can’t possibly be damaged”. I wouldn’t buy from them if they were the only retailer left.
