Hi Guys,

My engine mounts are knackered and I'm set on getting genuine ones

Anyone know where has genuine KKB500750LR mounts in stock? Can't find them anywhere! Checked with John Craddock and they've not got any

KKB500750LR has been out of stock at LR for several months. We are waiting to hear if and when more a likely to be made.

Are LR usually any good at advising on that sort of thing or are we likely to be in the dark for ages do you think?

You wouldn't believe it but I got a reply almost straightaway, we are usually kept in the dark. They expect stock in the next week, BUT these are going to go out at £125+VAT each. Ouch.

Wowsers, the money pit of a car strikes again

Looks like I'm going to be bankrupting myself in the name of reducing vibrations in a land rover.... I must be mental!

Can do free postage In all fairness we have also sold quite a few Allmakes brand engine mounts and had quite a bit of feedback on them - mainly that they don't seem firm enough.

Since they're a pain to do I think I will end up sticking with genuine, I'll see if a local guy has any hoarded in his shed and if not I'll take you up on your free postage offer!
