Plenty of places sell them

marjon Well-Known Member Full Member Mar 16, 2025 #4 Pretty sure they just lever out and pop in with lube(and some help). Think the only use for the hole is to set the EAS calibration blocks in the right place. J

It is indeed and i had one just fall off my E Class Merc years ago. Oh how confused I was to find it on the ground. Until I worked out what it was. Good news was, the Merc never required it's services
