Excellent spot, let's hope it's a typo

eta: are we all losing the grey cells? I too thought the Ninety came into production in 1986. A quick recheck on Land Rover website states 1984 https://www.landrover.co.uk/explore-land-rover/one-life/design/series-one-defender-history.html

I once had a 1985 2.5 ltr petrol ninety with lift up door handles, second owner in 1989.

The more I look at these motors the more I spot little errors.
Yes they are early wings,no side repeaters.
My 85 had the long RRC ones on
Also the windscreen to bulkhead brackets are the later TDI.
Yes these are little spots but as there have been changes to the dash etc I may let them slide

Still there is no denying it is a very nice car, I notice it does not come with the ear defenders the owner will surely need!
