How'do

Don't all attack me at once lol. But i'm looking for a relitivley cheap series 3 88" to have for slight restoration and then for greenlaning and commuting.

Now i wanna protect the series whilst out and about. Diff guards are obvious.

However i want a steering guard and some rock sliders (handy steps too) but i can't seem to find any.

Can i just bolt on a set of 90 stuff on to it, or is that being abit naive?

Also wouldnt mind a small winch just incase myself or my fiancee gets stuck. Could i just bolt that on to the bumper with a tray or is something more substantial required?

Cheers, Bex and tom
(series newbies :D)

90 stuff wont fit easily, the chassis is different they normally bolt to the bulkhead outrigger (the same on a 90 or series) but the rear slides into the tubular chassis extension found on a 90 not on a series, although with work anythings poss,

as for a winch it needs bolting to something substantial, ie a proper winch bumper or a proper series winch mount plate

Cheers Steve

i have a mahoosive bit of angle iron i am gonna weld between my front chassis legs to bolt my winch to, as for steering guards loads of places do them look in lro or summat paddocks do them for about £50 but if yer at a show get one from there it will save on p&p

G-Man. Order over £50 at paddocks online and get free p&p. Online only cos ive called em and tryed to get it free over the phone but they wont have it.
