Not legally binding - there has clearly been a error (deliberate or otherwise) with the price. Regardless of any myths around legislation that forces sellers to transact at erroneous prices, they always have the option not to sell at all - i.e. the withdraw the car from sale. At the end of the day if they are crooked enough to advertise at a 1/10th of the price, all they have to say is that they discovered the car was not roadworthy.....

As they say - if it's too good to be true....
