Hi !
I have a serious problem on my 2006 Freelander TD4.

I have the 2 amigos (orange HDC light and TC), rev counter and AC not working, and temperature jauge at maximum.
Everything appears at the same time.

Here, a pic of the dashboard, the engine is running .

I have already done:
- New battery
- New brake pedal switch
- New TDC sensor
- Cleaning AAC sensor
- Cleaning some hearth points (not needed in fact, all of them was clean)
- Check all relays and fuses
- New FL ABS sensor
- Check the HDC switch

And now, before buying an ABS module, do I have something else to check...?

I downloaded the RAVE, it is wonderfull, but it doesn't help me more...

I have an ICARSOFT CR PRO who helps me.
I can read an see the RPM and egine temperature in the ECM module, but not in the ABS module.
The engine speed is frozen at 3412 RPM...

The codes on the ECM module are:
P0500
P0501
P1637
P1642
P1643

The codes on the ABS module are:
C1148
C1154

PS: Sorry for my English, and fortunately, you don't hear me speak English :D

Hello, I have good news.
I finaly found the problem, after 5 or 6 years !!

In addition to the list in the first post, i tried a new abs ecu, a New instrument pack... Nothing.

I learnt how to read electrical diagram, how can bus works (it is a basic can bus on the freelander 1), and I found an open wire between the ecm (slot 36) and abs (slot 44) ecu.

A new wire later, everything is fine !

Hope it can help !

Now I can drive peacefully.

Indeed. Did you have to live with the car like that all this time?
Yes.

It's not my daily car.
I did approximately 20 000kms during theses 5 years, certainly half with a trailer.

The engine was running as smooth as usual.

I used a basic OBD2 and torque app on my phone to read the engine temperature.

Maybe it would cause more trouble with an auto gearbox.
