Last week I bought an L Reg Disco 200 tdi, but I am curious as to the spec. It has the double sunroof, radio controls on the dash and heater controls that don't look like the majority of pics I have seen. It may just be that my searches have not been deep enough, or that I am just very new to the Disco in general. Also the fact the after market radio will not fit because of the limited space to the gearbox tunnel. There must be some alternatives. Any thoughts please?

std. 200 interior , roof bars might be add on , prob wont get radio to fit , I havent found one yet , wheels not std either
 
you have to take out the centre cosul then fit radio as its only the wiring behind radio holding it high
 
Is it standard? All the ones I have seen have the dial heater controls, but as I say, I haven't seen many Discos. Only had series in the past although dad had a 90 td.
 
Ah right thanks. So at least all the foibles of a Disco 1 should have been sorted. I jest of course. I think the my first mission, engine wise, will have to be the diesel pump tweak. Seems to have a noticable effect esp on autos like mine.
