Firstly it's 'you're a poor driver, not your a bad driver, so for reading you score very badly.

Secondly, don't talk crap.

I came on this site looking for sensible advice and guidance, all (bar one) I'm getting is rubbish from sanctimonious ( FYI - Making a show of being morally superior to other people) Land Rover owners, so thanks guys and good bye.

I am pleased to be a Freelander owner, not so happy to be in the same community however.
Firstly, there is no requirement for perfect english on here, it aint an exam or work or in the grand scheme of things important.

Secondly, it aint crap.iF A SPEED LIMIT HAS CHANGED THERE WILL BE SIGNS SHOWING THE NEW SPEED.If you cant or dont see them then you are a poor driver, FACT. The speed limits are displayed for the sole intention of letting drivers know the limits.Stands to reason really.Your failings as a driver cannot be helped by a sat nav.

I do hope your gaylander suffers a terminal engine failure.:D

OH MY GOD!!

you blokes are more bitchy than any women's forum i've been on!

bloody hell. all he wanted was a suggestion for sat nav for his new car and got loads of grief!

my dad uses his tom tom and was quite annoyed that it didn't tell him the speed limit had changed on his way to visit us. he had updated it before setting out, but the council had only changed it as a test supposedly so it wasn't on there. he doesn''t use it as a beep beep slam on the brakes thing, it's just a further way of keeping his insurance at £40 quid a year or whatever and saving the grief of DAS courses.
My husband uses his tom tom and has it set to truck speeds, which annoys the hell out of me as it goes demented when i do 60 on a single carriage way in Sally!lol

there are a lot of new tom tom things on the market and good deals, they are a lot smaller than they were...
i guess it's just a case of looking around

no point being in the bedroom, my husbands not here to keep me in line!:p

as for the chain, chewed through that years ago. we're still married according to my dear husband because 'it's too much grief and too expensive to get divorced'! lol
