I'd of thought there would be a clip welded to top side of the roof for the black rails. I reckon your body side to roof panel seams have opened/split and are weeping the stuff that weeps!!

It only leaks (or shows as leaking) when it is either tipping it down or in the car-wash so I'm going to try and tough it out until the weather improves. With any luck that day next year will fall on a weekend.
