I have seen a Bluetooth OBDll plug for sale on eBay for not too much money. This works with an android app called Torque Pro which is only a couple of quid. No idea how good the solution is and I know it is of no use for the EAS but base line technology appears to work.
Seeing as OBDII won't communicate with the P38 EAS. You need a special lead. About as useful as tits on a Mars bar i would think.

Not only that, but fones dont have a USB A connector - it would be like connecting a printer to ya OBDII port and expecting it to print the data.
