dash reads [slow: 35 mph ]what does it mean please reply
I had a intermitant problem on the EAS again with the same warning, the end result was the EAS pump was starting to fail (seal in the piston of the pump starting to break up) cost in the Uk was about 240 UK pounds alon with a 50 pound charge for the dealer to reset the software alarm (easy job to change the pump but the software will still register a fault)
There are other links on other sites regarding buying new piston chamber and piston for about a 1/5 of the cost.

Just a remote possability, Last summer I was on a 400 mile trip, pulled into a forcourt for fuel when the dreadded '35 mph' came up on the dash, I knew the suspension was ok, so I stopped & started pushing all the dash buttons, pressed the diff-lock, heard it 'click in', pressed it again, heard it 'click out' & the speed message went out !! Its never done it since. computer glitch??

I recently discovered that Airbag Man in Brisbane Australia sells brand new compressors to export customers for A$400 or US$300 for inexpensive worldwide shipping, They also supply a compressor service kit from the OEM manufacturer (Thomas Pumps) that includes new sleeve and piston/conrod assy, and sells for A$200.00 or US$150. (prices to Australian customers are higher due to local import duty and taxes.
