Do rock sliders for a 90 double up as steps?

Or I need both?

Kinda, if you have little feet, they are sill height tho so a kinda pointless step. They share mountings so can't have both. The step can act as a slider but it's not that strong really, if your off roading stick with proper sliders, it will save headaches in the long run...

Get slider and a drop down step.

I use my slider as a step... But I'm quite tall

Unless you're 5'4" the sliders will be fine. My 85 year old dad can still manage to get in my 90 with big tyres. I riveted 2 small pieces of chequer plate to act as treads on my sliders, to stop the powder coat getting damaged and to help with grip (not a big fan of chequer plate but treads is what it's for really)
