Mine doesn’t have a MPG trip.
Brim to brim is more accurate, becm wont take things like leaks into consideration where a pen and notebook will.

The number wouldn’t be so low it would be so high he probably thinks it can’t be that high

Maybe when it hits zero it doesn’t bother lighting up? Save fuel consumption

Found it have to press the i button on the left stalk and it gives you range and mpg I’m getting a whopping 16.7mpg fml what have o got myself into

A V8 petrol.

Obviously the driver has a lead foot.

Which engine do you have? I get 17.5 -18.2mpg from my Td6. Which I accept as I live in a hilly/mountain, winding road, area, where the gearbox works harder than a miner in the 1900s If I go back to civilisation I get around 25-27mpg and nice long runs bring in 30ish mpg.
So 16.7mpg , unless a nice thirsty V8, seems low.

Yeah it’s a 4.6 p38 that be why be better once lpg is up and running as filled it up at 57p a litre makes it much more affordable.

Mine was averaging around 16.5 as well. After changing spark plugs & leads to sort a random misfire, it's got better. On a motorway run I can get 19-21mpg using cruise control at 70mph. Real average with 2-3 round trips from Langley to Reading, plus regular local trips, I get 18.5 long term.

We expected that anyway doesn’t matter once lpg is fixed be all smiles again £40 to fill up so be alright
