The side steps on freelands you can get are they differnet sizes on 3 door to 5 door ? ive seen some on flea bay and am tempted, but wanted to check if they are the same size on both.

yes they all same size as 3 door and 5 door have same wheelbase!

fitting kits are available on ebay but be warned.... they are a nightmare to fit!!!!!

Hi i fitted a set of the real LR ones and it was easy to do. Does help if you have the right tools. Be carefull with cheap aftermarket ones. I would go for the Real LR ones, and to finish them off nicely get the front mudflaps too, and maybe the rear ones.
Part of the fitting is to place captive nuts in to the chassie rails. LR say that you can do this with a normal bolt and washer and nut. Helps if you have the right tool.
