The 90 i have has a side exit exhaust which exits out through the panel behind the passenger door before the wheel arch.
It has been done with absolutely no silencer and a piece of flexi pipe which is well knackered.
I am now trying to find what parts of an exhaust from which landy's etc i can use to achieve the same, properly, with a silencer.
The engine is a disco 300tdi and the downpipe, that would ordinarily join to cat, is in place.
Does anyone know how to go about this and what i need to get??? even better if anyone has any photo's.

You can see where it comes out in this pic:

I thought cherry bombs were for a louder noise!!!
Are there different silencing types as well as louderning?

i wuz thinking about a "bomb" cos me TD5 is mega loud. just moved onto a nice quiet road/area aswell, i can see the old biddies having a word if i dunt.

ill have to have a search for one for a td5.

I'm cherrybombed on my disco, its made a huge improvement noise wise! Only using a stubby 8" cherrybomb though as I wanted to keep some noise I've got a comparison vid somewhere of straight through and cherry
