Well I'm traveling from Stafford and think Blublu is from Mansfield, I seem to remember him putting it up on the Derbyshire thread
 
Meet on Huntsman pub car park at 10am. Wellington Road, Telford. TF6 5BH. Please let me know if you change your mind so I aint sitting waiting like a plum. The lanes are a good variety from flat n easy to suspension challenging and long and very scenic. Nothing to worry about though I have done them all in a std Disco1 with just AT tyres and the front bumper skirt cut off. You can view some of them on the defender channel on utube. Link below

Oh yea u said sorry, just for the future so i can get my own, going to get the towbar off 2moz :) . Are we going to go down wet and muddy byways, as i want test the truck see what she can do, i dnt mean boggy ones just so i can test the truck thats all.
 
10.00 is fine its 85 mile away from mine , are we doing a full day pal. As its quite a drive for my probs just over 1.30 for me in the disco, just asking thats all

Trust me, get that tow bar off. You and your car will be tested if you want it. As for CB, buy cheap in case it gets damaged, robbed or submerged. With a pre set ariel you only need a 12v supply and earth and you are away. Ariels are fitted on roof to look the Mutts nuts but will soon be buggered by trees etc. Will show you what u need on Thurs

You can stay/leave when you want. You are gonna miss out if you leave early though.
 
Sounding like a good day, I'm up for anything easy/challenging/scenic/technical it's all about the company and the countryside, my setup is pretty extreme but I do a lot of P&P days to get the challenges to test the disco lol.
Looking forward to meeting some new folk, don't mind going at the rear and closing the gates, will bring the camera for some memories of the trip :)
 
My friend is coming with me again so there will be 2 of us in mine, its up to jacobscreek and u what lanes u fancy doing, be nice if we did a range of everything, to keep us all intrested i suppose, only had 3hrs on the last trip and i loved it last week.

There's a bit of everything. You could even test your snorkel out if you want.

Correct answer. That's what I like to hear. Laning aint as wild as P&P but still some good entertainment for free and it's open every day
 
This is all you need Blu, make sure your string is long enough to reach from vehicle to vehicle though.
