Low pressure fuel line bleeding/test point? Might be wrong
Hi. As much as your badge says Range Rover its really closer to the Discovery.
Maybe @gstuart would know as he runs a V6 (and likes a challenge
) .But to show where the other pipe ends go would really help.

here u go, is tee’d into the LP pump / circuit , No. 9 - ref- Fuel return/air bleed pipe
when Testing gauge should read 0.5 Bar or 7 Psi

good point my friend and and saddest part is I enjoy fault finding and looking up wiring / schematics etc
but of course only if they say please or thk u
